Default Hello, from the Los Angeles area

My name is Anthony, but everybody calls me Tony and I'm a psychology student from Csun. Recently I found Gestalt therapy through class and I immediately felt I found the theory that best fits with me. Four years ago I started getting into Buddhism, it was a big turning point in my life. If you don't know much about buddhism I suggest reading stages of meditation by the Dalai Lama, but if you do know Buddhism then you know about the close similarities between Gestalt therapy and Buddhism.

The biggest reason I feel like gestalt therapy is the one I want to follow is because I agree that the key to all this lies in the here and now, in this moment. I wonder if the two could learn from each other.
