Default Re: coaching ideas

Are you still looking for tips? The message is more then a year old now.

What kind of challenge do you encounter in the workshops?

Lot's of team building theory and excercises in a lot of books.
I like Peter Senge, Stephen Covey but in the end it's about meeting the group from person to person and to be creative in the Gestalt experiment when it comes to working with groups. And it's not about what we are going to do, or how, but WHY you wanna do what you're doing together. The excercises will follow from that.

I teach management training, communication skills and team building training at Hanze University.
